#2 The Small Makeup Bag from Apple & Bee: You all know how much we love green and organic products at Beyond Beauty Basics.  Apple & Bee creates their bags with high-quality natural fibers like organic cotton, hemp, bamboo silk, and calico. The company has a neutral carbon footprint and donates a portion of its profits to environmental charities. This season I am glamming it up for all of my evening holiday parties (and one birthday party coming up this weekend for yours truly).  One trend I LOVE this season is metallics, especially metallic eye makeup.

MAC Cosmetics Style Black is a great all black collection, containing the hottest dramatic colors to score for the holiday season.  Black shades can be tough to wear (think Halloween) but the darker metallics used sparingly for a smokey eye or dramatic lip can be sexy and alluring. I can’t think of a more dramatic look for New Year’s Eve – can you?
