Smell good like your favorite Celebs!

by Paul Baranda

Summer fragrance calls for a light and refreshing alternative to a heavy eau de parfum, and we have got the list of what your favorite celeb is wearing.

Tip: the heat of the summer will slightly change your fragrance, that’s why we always say not to rub your wrists together when you try a fragrance. Just spray and smell, no wrist rub.

Body Mists are perfect for summer, Sarah Michelle Gellar loves L’Eau d’Issey Summer. It’s a lighter alternative and is a soft floral blend of peony and rose.

Using a fragrance bath gel or soap is also a great way to stay smelling fresh all day. Jessica Biel is known to be a fan of Juicy Couture’s Body Milk Mist. We also love Kenzo Amour Body Nectar, it is a luscious mix of cherry blossoms, frankincense, and white tea, delicious!!!

More celebrity scents after the jump…

Another trick is to spray your hair, and now the fragrance world has come out with sprays designed just for the hair. Christina Aquilera loves Zents Concreta Sun, a citrus smelling balm for the skin and hair. This is great to tame those fly-aways and keep the frizzies down.

Oils are my favorite. Oils will actually blend with your body chemistry so when you find the one that is right for you it almost becomes a part of you and you will be known for that beautiful scent. Kirsten Dunst uses Lily Lambert’s No. 22 roll-on oil. It is a gorgeous blend of sweet strawberry, papaya and floral. Nicole Richie wears Majenty Hidden Cove. This has an amazing fragrance of water lilies and coconut, like you just came back from a tropical island.Use a little on the key pulse points, the neck, wrists, and I love the back of the knees. These are all places that your body emits heat and that way the fragrance is warmed up and lasts longer. Just have fun with your fragrance, it is a self expression so remember, a little goes a long way!
