I and three other ‘mature’ ladies have been involved in before and after photographs for Nephria Jade. This meant having a NO MAKEUP, non smiling photograph taken and then another the same nearly two months later. We were allowed to wear makeup throughout this period but were NOT allowed to use any cleansing system or creams of anysort, just the Nephria Jade beauty bar, followed by the serum twice a day. As I haven’t washed my face for decades, I thought I would hate this but it was so wonderful and creamy, quite luxurious.
Though initially when looking at the photos we were a bit aghast, as the lack of makeup showed every blemish and age spot and of course not smiling makes anyone look pretty miserable it was amazing when zooming in to have a closeup look at the after pictures how the product had worked. After using NJ for a couple of weeks I found I kept stroking the skin at the very top of my cheek bone by the outer eye…it was SO smooth! It was unfortunate that in the after photo I was somewhat jaded (excuse the pun)as I was recovering from flu.
I am now in NZ where my husband and I reside for 4 months every year. Friends out here have been asking if I have a picture in the attic that is ageing like Dorian Gray! They tell me that I could pass for mid fifties any day. May be idle flattery who knows but since i’ll be 65 this year it was well received.
