This product protects against UVA and UVB broad spectrum light, is fragrance free and water resistant.

Light of all types is responsible for much of our skin’s aging process. For now, this sems to be the best protection you can get.

If you prefer Lancome to Kiehl’s, they’re also using MEXORYL (as they are both under the Loreal umbrella).
