Loreal’s new line of High Intensity Pigment (HIP) is quite remarkable. If you don’t know this already, I traditionally snub my nose to drugstore brands, but this line actually does have a much higher level of pigment than the other drugstore brands (and some luxury brands).
The shadows come in 15 different duos and are under $10.00 each. The HIP collection also has crème eye-shadows, loose powder pigment eye-shadows, lipstick, lipgloss, foundation, bronzers, blushes and a highlighter.
