Live Earth is a 7-Contintent, 24-hour series of concerts held on 7-7-07 to benefit the “Answer the Call” global movement to help the solve the climate crisis of our planet. The concert will bring together over 2 billion people across the globe.

Check out Kelly Clarkson, Aikon, Smashing Pumpkins, John Mayer, The Police, Ludacris, AFI, Roger Waters, Fall Out Boy, Melissa Etheridge, KT Tunstal, Alicia Keys, Bon Jovi, Kanye West, Keith Urban, Taking Back Sunday, and tons of celebrity hosts, advocates, and public service announcers are in the line up for Giants Stadium.

Live Earth was founded by Kevin Wall, CEO of Control Room which is the company producing the events. Former U.S. Vice President Al Gore is the Chair of the Alliance for Climate Protection and now a Partner of Live Earth.

Live Earth Concerts will be held at Giants Stadium in New Jersey, Wembley Stadium in London, Aussie Stadium in Sydney, Copacabana Beach in Rio de Janeiro, the Coca-Cola Dome in Johannesburg, Makuhari Messe in Tokyo, the Oriental Pearl Tower in Shanghai, and HSH Nordbank Arena in Hamburg.

The Alliance for Climate Protection in the US, The Climate Group and Stop Climate Chaos in the UK, have joined together to help drive corporations, governments, and most importantly, all individuals to take immediate action and have a true sense of urgency to the crisis our planet is in and make a difference in changing our climate.
