by Jennifer Long-Levy
Cold, harsh, winter weather always brings beauty challenges, from windburn, to static-y hair, to the dreaded chapped lips. It seems like every time January rolls around, I am looking around everywhere for hand cream and lip balm!
This season, I am addicted to Aveda’s Lip Saver. A extra plus is that it is suitable for year-round wear. It’s water-proof formula and contains SPF 15, as well as anti-oxidants to protect lips from UV exposure (never skip SPF just because it’s winter), and other harsh environmental factors like windburn. Natural waxes seal in moisture for lasting protection.
Aveda Lip Saver delivers lasting moisture relief to dry lips, while refreshing with cinnamon leaf, clove and anise oils. $8.50 at Aveda.
