Daring Lashes: Kiss Me Mascara From Blinc

by

blincThere’s nothing I like more than a dramatic eye.  From my addiction to eyeliner to my love of volume-boosting, I am always willing to try something new.  Recently I got to check out Kiss Me Mascara from Blinc.

The original tube-technology mascara, when applied it forms small water-resistant tubes around your lashes.  These tubes give your lashes maximum application and hold, instead of simply paint them like you do with conventional mascaras.  The effect is as dramatic as false lashes without all the extra work.  The small brush makes it easy to apply and forms less clumps.

Once applied, the tubes bind to your lashes and cannot run, smudge, clump, or flake, even if you cry or rub your eyes.  It also lasts a long time!  I even fell asleep with it on and woke up with picture-perfect lashes (I did smudge my liner though – haha).

I like that this mascara adds both volume and length. Neither water nor pressure alone will remove your mascara, you need a combination of warm water and gentle pressure (no need for harsh makeup remover) will slide the tubes effortlessly off  of your lashes into your hand.  I had to laugh the first time I took it off!  It almost looks like actual lashes in your hands!

Blinc Kiss Me Mascara is clinically tested to be non-irritating, which is great if oyu have sensitive eyes or if you wear contact lenses (I do).  A+!  $24 at Sephora.
