image002.jpgChampagne Ayala, owned by Bollinger and imported into the U.S. from Äy, France by Cognac One LLC, has broken with tradition and launched the only no-sugar-added Cuvée Rosé Nature available in the United States and the world’s only no-sugar-added prestige cuvee, La Perle d’Ayala Nature, in addition to its no-sugar-added Brut Nature Zero Dosage. The three champagnes, part of a stellar line-up of nine champagnes in the product line, showcase the perfect purity, clarity and flavor of ultra-ripe fruit. Best of all, you can indulge without guilt! The result is a fresher, more healthful, lower-calorie alternative to other Champagne from France.

Ayala is also the first house to introduce its “tête de cuvee”, La Perle, in a no-dosage form, presenting the same spectacular wine base without the added sugar. La Perle D’Ayala Nature has arrived just in time for the 2008 winter holiday season.

While the majority of champagne receives the addition of sugar to correct any taste imperfections and round out acidity, Ayala is so confident in the quality of its fruit and in American consumers’ desire for dry champagne that it can use its base wine for Brut Zero Dosage and Cuvée Rosé Nature without adding any sugar.

Ayala introduced Cuvée Rosé Nature in May of 2007, in addition to its Rosé Majeur, to satisfy a worldwide demand for pink and dry champagne. It is something you can drink all year round as part of a celebration and it pairs wonderfully with canapés as well as a meal.

Available now for the first time in the U.S., Ayala Cuvée Rosé Nature has been receiving international accolades since its introduction. Made entirely of premiers- and grands-crus grapes from the superb 2002 vintage, Cuvée Rosé Nature is a crisp, balanced wine presented in a beautiful, festive bottle.
