Everyone in NYC knows that the perfect last stop to any Saturday night party is ending up at an awesome brunch spot the next morning early afternoon day. I’m not talking about a crazy brunch party like Bagatelle, but if you are looking for an extension of your weekend jam with just as much boozing fun, Agua Dulce is just the place. This dining spot came highly recommended by my friend Eldo(a big Word of Mouth influencer in my social circle), and based from his reviews and other friends, I had to check it out for myself.

Sure you may be suffering from a massive hangover and have no appetite, but once you get a taste of what their menu has to offer, you’ll be asking for another round of food instead of cocktails. And here’s the best part about this latin restaurant in Hell’s Kitchen– after you get your “morning” nutrition, you’ll be ready for Agua Dulce’s $20 bottomless mimosas, bloody marys, frozen cocktails & draft beer. That’s right, for 2 hours you can drink all you want (really strong drinks) to the DJ’s moving beats, and continue the party at this sleek, modern venue with your nightlife friends.

Now as a disclaimer, I should warn you that I am not at all responsible for your addiction to what I am about to suggest you order from the menu. I am in no way to be blamed for your endless craving for this excellent exotic brunch dish. There is a whole new world beyond your typical Eggs Benedict, it’s true! Yes, I am talking about the Chorizo & Lobster Benedict- Lobster, Chorizo, Lightly Poached Egg, Fresh Jalapeno Cornbread w/ Chili Lime Hollandaise! This truly wonderful dish balances the right amount of each flavor which perfectly fuses on your palate. What a satisfying combo! Agua Dulce has certainly become one of my favorite brunch spots in New York City and I am already anticipating my personal battle with ordering the Chorizo & Lobster Benedict dish again or trying something new!

Get ready to paaaaartyyy as NYC’s legendary event planner, Mara Newman teams up with model & reality star Tommy DiDario to throw the hottest private event to kick off 2011 with his birthday this Saturday at the famous Chelsea Room Lounge. This red carpet event promises to be an incredible night with a few special surprises.

There’s no way that I’m going to miss this wonderful event at this popular hotspot as my friend Tommy had just texted me that it’s going to be wild! The Chelsea Room as many know, is a sexy subterranean lounge under the Chelsea Hotel, a 250-room property which hotelier Andre Balazs has been recently rumored to be eyeing. This party is sure to bring out the best of the city!

Tommy has also teamed up with an amazing charity, The Ronald McDonald House. He recently volunteered with the foundation, created to house and provide a safe and live-able environment for many terminally ill children, on the Upper East Side and fell in love with it. Donations will be collected for the charity that will all go towards continuing to provide a wonderful facility for these children to get treatment at. Can’t wait!!
