		<description>As an exercise physiologist myself I know that all of these are very good points that often do not get the attention they deserve in the popular media. I&#039;d also add one more - the general notion that people need 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight when they exercise. This is often mentioned by personal trainers in spite its lack of credible proof.
