Young people have defined and full brows. It gives structure to the area around your eyes. Don’t ignore them. They should not be bushy or too bare. Keep them shaped (by a professional, unless your exceptionally skilled with a tweezer) and don’t let the hair get long and wiry.
They should be the same color as the root of your natural hair color. If your grey, they should be Chanel’s Taupe (below).

This is my favorite brow pencil. It has a nice texture. Not too soft, not too hard. It’s the perfect color for many people, as it fills in color almost as if it were just the shadow from a heavier brow.
