Frederic is the grandson of Serge Heftler, the founder of Christian Dior Perfumes. Frederic has brought together nine of today’s best “noses” to showcase their own perfumes within his unique boutiques.

The perfume “pod” which is in each of the boutiques is a very special way of smelling each of the fragrances to allow you discover the fragrances as the perfume creator does. “It highlights the aura of a composition,” says Frederic Malle. Each boutique is also equipped with refrigerated cabinets in which the perfumes are stred to protect them from temperature changes, oxygen and light.

After you make your selection your fragrance is presented in a sleek perfume bottle, wrapped in red tissue paper and cradled in a black box lined in red, the color of passion.

There are 16 fragrances in all. I have not yet smelled each of the fragrances, but know that I like at least two of those I have.
