If you’re going out and don’t want to touch up your lipstick all night; after you’ve applied your liner and lipstick take a facial tissue and separate the two plys. Hold one of the plys firmly over your lips and pounce a brush filled with your loose face powder through the tissue.It will feel dry as a bone, but it’ll stay put much longer than without.
