When blotting your face from excess oil, use either blotting papers or blotting powder (specifically designed for this purpose). If you choose the powder, I suggest using a brush instead of the pad (for the reason below).Using your regular face powder or powder foundation adds more coverage every time that you blot, changing your appearance from natural to cakey (by the end of a hot day), as well as transferring your oils back into the powder (creating a hard shell over time on the surface of your product)
