I have oily skin and live in Florida. I've been using Artistry's Oil-Control Foundation for the past year and I love it. Granted, yes I do still get oily towards the end of the day but my skin has improved dramatically. No more break outs and the coverage lasts all day (as long as a blot the oil). Artistry doesn't sell a makeup primer but NARS Makeup Primer with SPF 20 works great with it.
