Paul Baranda is the Founder & Executive Publisher of Beyond Beauty Basics and manages brand & PR communications. Paul is usually one of the few males in the room that has an understanding of beauty and fashion due to his retail management experience in the past working with brands like SK-II, Bobbi Brown, Laura Mercier, Louis Vuitton, and others. Since then he has been very involved in Search and Social Media with incredible experience in executing successful SEO & Internet Marketing campaigns in the legal vertical having been a managing SEO Team Lead at LexisNexis. As an active member of the Search Engine Marketing Professionals Organization (SEMPO), SEMPO NY Working Group, and the SEMPO Emerging Technologies Committee – Social Media & Web Analytics, Paul applies his extensive media experience to consult several of his clients as managing partner of ZeroBased Media.  When he’s not working, Paul also dabbles in e-commerce with his boutique online gift store, WishingGifts.com, yet still has the time to coordinate his wildly popular Bi-Annual NYFW Media Mixer; a premiere networking event for online media and brands during NYC’s Fashion Week.  Paul focuses on new media practices as well as incorporating social media marketing strategies to achieve results. Jennifer Long is the Editor-in-Chief at Beyond Beauty Basics. She has worked as a interactive marketing professional specializing in search engine marketing and optimization for more than six years. Jennifer has worked with companies large and small, and as an independent consultant. Her passion for beauty & fashion and her experience in several marketing verticals including beauty, legal, retail, online education, campus education, real estate, IT and web design services, helps her manage the exciting content at Beyond Beauty Basics keeping her readers in mind. Jennifer helps oversee the contributions of the editorial team and works on building relationships with new readers, fans, and companies. A 2010 Master in Fine Arts in Creative Writing candidate at The New School University in lower Manhattan, Jennifer also holds a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Creative Writing from the College of Staten Island of the City University of New York. Vicky is the Founder and Executive Publisher of LoveFood, LoveMe. Need a recipe? Going out to eat in NYC anytime soon and want suggestions? Need to know the latest in wedding fashions? She’s your gal for all up to the minute NY food and wedding events/activities.
