Penelope may have been caught wearing false lashes for the ad for L’Oreal’s Telescopic Mascara, but I have to say, I love it!!! Many women (and even some men) have excess hair on there face, arms, back, bikini area or other body parts that they would like to have either permanently or periodically removed.If you don’t want a major expense all at once, and the area is large (such as your arms or legs) go for the wax or depilatory. The wax will (more than likely) hurt, but unless the person performing the waxing uses too hot of wax, most people are pink in the area for a few hours and that’s it.
