Precision Lip Defining Pencils from Chanel
(like the Edward Bess lipsticks and gloss) have a silicone base that sets. It also doesn’t melt like wax based pencils (almost every other brand uses these pencils with a similar base made in West Germany) after it’s been on your face at (98 degrees) for a few hours. It prevents the lip pencil from feathering into any lines that may be around your mouth. (my favorite color, by far is Nude)
$27.50 in most specialty retailers
as well as: chanel.com and nordstrom.com

Nice collection… if you can afford it!
Edward’s collection contains 10 lipsticks and 5 lip-glosses that have a silicone base that sets the product after application without feeling dry. Edward doesn’t like the look of a lip liner and says that they’re not necessary with his product. (I personally still like the definition of a liner)
By the way, Edward just turned 21 years old. Inspiration for youngsters with a dollar and a dream. $350.00 at Bergdorf Goodman
